The Johnson City Police Department announced yesterday that a Bronx man was arrested Tuesday for possessing hundreds of bags of heroin. The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force executed a search warrant at the Red Roof Inn in the Village of Johnson City Tuesday night. During the search, investigators recovered 291 bags of heroin, along with a small amount of money and marihuana. Investigators arrested Daniel Brown of the Bronx. He was arraigned in the Village of Johnson City Court and taken to the Broome County Jail without bail.
