A Vestal man was arraigned in Broome County Court on an indictment charge of murder in the second degree. The indictment alleges that Kenneth Weber ntentionally caused the death of Saundra Stabler of Vestal, between Jan. 26th and Jan. 30th of this year. The case was investigated by members of the Vestal Police Department, assisted by the New York State Police. Broome County District Attorney Gerald Mollen and Chief Assistant District Attorney Joann Rose Parry are prosecuting the indictment.
