After a brief foot pursuit and a struggle with authorities, an Endicott man is behind bars. 26-year-old Keith Hubbard was approached by authorities during an investigation into a firearms and burglary complaint. When authorities neared Hubbard, he attempted to flee. A struggle to restrain Hubbard ensued. During this struggle, one officer was bitten, another received abrasions, and another received an injury to his wrist. Hubbard was found to be in possession of crack cocaine. He was arraigned in the Village of Endicott Court and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
