An Endicott man died after being thrown from a dirt bike in Susquehanna County. Troy Snell died at the scene of the crash Sunday night, according to Pennsylvania State Police. It happened before 9:30 p.m. in Liberty Township. Troopers said Snell was riding a dirt bike east on Jones Creek Road. He was driving around a curve and hit a guide rail. He was then thrown from the dirt bike and struck a tree. The Susquehanna County Coroner responded and pronounced him dead at the scene. Snell was not wearing a helmet.
