Pennsylvania State Police in Gibson confirmed that a person was hit by a train yesterday morning. Emergency reports from Susquehanna County indicated first responders were called to the vicinity of the overpass in Hallstead. The individual was walking on the tracks when hit. PSP troopers would not provide any further information on the incident.
