A woman from Sayre has been arrested after allegedly stealing $30,000 from her elderly father. 47-year-old Rosemary Scholes is accused of withdrawing over $22,000 from ATMs at Tioga Downs, as well as over $8,000 from other ATMs over the course of several months. Scholes has said that she didn’t realize just how much money she had used, but wants to pay it back. She has since been arraigned and sent to the Bradford County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
