More cars were lifted from the rubble yesterday of UHS Wilson Hospital’s parking ramp, which collapsed Thursday afternoon in Johnson City. A hospital representative on scene said he had no comment and no other new updates came from UHS yesterday. On Saturday, UHS said it’s been more than two years since there was a full assessment of the parking ramp, but said in 2014, it completed all the changes recommended in that 2013 assessment. The company’s CEO says UHS is working on a full site inspection and engineering review to figure out what went wrong. Today, patient care services that were relocated on Friday will return to the Picciano Building, which is adjacent to the parking ramp.
