Two men have been arrested on charges of criminal possession of stolen property, among other things. 27-year-old Verties Toran Jr. and 21-year-old Jacqub Sterling, both of Endwell, were found to be in possession of several reported stolen items. Many of the items have already been returned to their rightful owners. Toran and Sterling are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
