A Binghamton parole officer has been arrested on a charge of fraud. 55-year-old Arnold Grab of Vestal is said to have been arrested following an investigation into on-the-job injury claims he made in July of this year. Investigators found that these claims were not legitimate. Grab has since been issued appearance tickets for the Town of Vestal Court on January 5th.
