An Athens man is behind bars after being caught by authorities, going over 100 mph. 20-year-old Timothy Naughton Jr, was witnessed by authorities, travelling 108 mph on route 81 in the Town of Barker. During a roadside investigation, authorities also found Naughton to be in possession of marijuana. He has since been arraigned and sent to the Broome County Jail.
