We talked with Tioga Downs representatives, Damita and Cynthia, about the upcoming Pardi Gras and Teacher Appreciation Night Out events. Pardi Gras will be held at Tioga Downs on February 9th from 5-9pm. Teacher Appreciation Night Out will be held at Tioga Downs on February 13th from 7-11pm.
