The man arrested for making terroristic threats against the Athens Area High School has waived his hearing. 50-year-old Daniel Borchardt was arrested earlier this month after he is said to have called the Athens Areas School District on January 24th, and left a voice message saying that he was going to quote “shoot everybody.” Borchardt admitted to leaving the voicemail during police questioning. Borchardt will remain in the Bradford County Jail, pending further court action.
