A Waverly man has been arrested on a charge of 3rd degree assault. 49-year-old David Pritchard of Waverly was arrested after allegedly engaging in a physical confrontation with another male victim at Kelly’s Too Bar on Broad Street in Waverly on Sunday. Pritchard allegedly broke his victims nose during the incident. He has since been issued an appearance ticket for the Village of Waverly Court at a later date.
