Elmira Police have arrested two individuals in connection to the early morning robbery at a Sunoco gas station yesterday. 20-year-old Christopher Clugstone, and 17-year-old David Catlin, both of Van Etten were arrested last night. Elmira Police have charged both men with second degree robbery. Elmira Police were working with the Athens Township Police Department yesterday, after as similar incident occurred in Athens only hours later. Police have yet to say if the men will be charged in connection with the Athens convenience store robbery.
