Starting today, the Oakdale Mall in Johnson City is tobacco free. Smoking any sort of tobacco, including e-cigarettes is prohibited on the mall grounds. Spokesmen for the mall say that the new restriction is to protect shoppers, visitors, and employees from the effects of second hand smoke.
