Authorities Ask For Public’s Assistance in Animal Cruelty Case

Authorities in Bradford County are asking for the public’s assistance in an animal cruelty case. Pennsylvania State Police say that a cat was shot in the torso with a bow and arrow sometime between February 20th and February 22nd. The cat had to be put to sleep as a result of its injuries.
