A man from Sayre has been arrested after accidentally shooting his neighbor on Saturday. 33-year-old Samuel Olugun has been charged with reckless endangerment after accidentally firing his gun into the floor of his apartment. The bullet travelled through the floor of his bathroom, and into the living room of an apartment directly below his. The bullet struck the leg of an 87 year old woman in the apartment below. The victim was taken to Robert Packer Hospital and has since been released. Olugun has been arraigned and sent to the Tioga County Jail pending further action.
