A body was found near the Chenango River in Port Dickinson yesterday. Port Dickinson Police, Broome County Sheriff’s Deputies, and New York State Police are continuing their investigation today with an autopsy. The body was found yesterday afternoon by a man walking in the 600 block of Chenango Street in Port Dickinson. When authorities arrived, they confirmed the remains were human. The body has not been identified at this time.
