A Johnson City man has been charged after allegedly making multiple false reports to authorities through 911. 21-year-old Zachary Constable allegedly called in false reports of fires, shots fired, and unlawful imprisonment. Authorities traced these calls to Constable’s home on Crocker Avenue in Johnson City. Constable has been charged with three felony and one misdemeanor counts of falsely reporting an incident.
