The Tioga Arts Council’s “Miniature Golf Smackdown!” is this Saturday. The adults-only fundraiser is being held at the Tioga Mini Challenger, located next to Metro’s Restaurant on Route 96 in Owego. Two separate tournament times are being held at 3pm and 6pm. The cost per team is $100 per team of four adults. There will also be a raffle for a $1000 grand prize. Tickets for the raffle can be bought for $2 at the River Row Bookshop.
