Waverly Police have identified the victim of the train and pedestrian accident this week as 22-year-old David Bidlack of Sayre, PA. He was struck and killed by a train just after 10pm Monday near River Road and Route 220. The police department had been withholding identification until an autopsy was conducted. They are still continuing their investigation of the incident and awaiting toxicology reports. Part of Route 220 was shut down for about five hours on Monday.
