A Bradford County inmate is facing multiple charges after allegedly smuggling drugs and drug paraphernalia into jail. 24-year-old Andrea Best of Endicott is said to have been found with a hypodermic needle, a pill, a suboxone strip, and latex gloves in a body cavity. The contraband was noticed after a cap fell out of her shorts. Best remains in custody at the Bradford County Jail.
