The Tioga County Legislature will recognize the state champion Newark Valley football team before their regular monthly meeting today. Coaches and players from the school’s first state champion football team will be recognized in the Hubbard Auditorium at the Tioga County Office Building at 12pm. Also on the agenda, legislators will recognize this month as National Radon Action Month and vote on a resolution to allow Taylor Garbage to accept household electronic waste from Tioga County residents.
