A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until noon today. The National Weather Service says snow will continue falling on the Southern Tier before tapering late this morning. A total of four to eight inches of snow is possible in Tioga and Broome Counties. Wind gusts up to 25 miles per hour could blow the snow into drifts and also reduce visibility. Drivers are urged to use caution and give yourself plenty of time to make it to your destination.Today’s snow has resulted in many school closings and delays. The full list is available on the WEBO Facebook page.
