Joey Logano won yesterday’s Advance Auto Parts Clash at Daytona in the first official event of the NASCAR season. As heard on WEBO, Logano was in third to start the final lap, but was able to capitalize after Denny Hamlin and Brad Keselowski made contact in front of him. The race was postponed by rain on Saturday. Also yesterday, Chase Elliott qualified on the pole for next Sunday’s Daytona 500 while Hendrick Motorsports teammate Dale Earnhardt, Jr. qualified second. The rest of the lineup will be set in qualifying races Thursday live on WEBO.
