Brad Keselowski fought back from a lap down to win the Monster Energy Cup race at Atlanta Motor Speedway yesterday. Kevin Harvick dominated the race heard live on WEBO, winning the first two stages and leading 292 laps, but a late speeding penalty on pit road sent him to the back of the field. He finished ninth. Keselowski went a lap down after he had to come into the pits to tighten a loose wheel with 60 laps to go, but he came back to pass Kyle Larson with seven laps left and pulled away for the win. Kyle Busch won Saturday’s Xfinity Series race, but his car was found to be too low in post-race inspection. Penalties will be announced later this week. Both series will race in Las Vegas next weekend.
