Aaron Lambert of the Whole Health Nutrition Center was a special guest on the WEBO Morning Show today. He will be at Core Life Eatery in Vestal tomorrow for a talk on digestive health. The free talk is open to anyone and begins at 6pm. If you can’t make it, the talk will be livestreamed on the Core Life Eatery Facebook page. Later this month, Aaron will provide nutrition tips for families on Thursday, April 27 at 6pm at the Jewish Community Center in Vestal.
