The Tioga Central School District will ask voters to consider an $18.5 million spending plan for next year, which includes a slight property tax levy increase of 0.15 percent. Besides the budget, residents will also vote on propositions to purchase two new school buses and establish a capital reserve fund. Two school board seats are up for election.
