The Johnson City Police Department has arrested a Binghamton man for causing a disturbance at the Wal-Mart that included breaking the cell phone of the store’s manager. Police say it started on May 12 when 27-year-old Jonathan Morales was not allowed to buy alcohol and asked to leave the store. He refused and grabbed the cell phone out of the store manager’s hand and broke it on the ground. Morales is now charged with grand larceny and two counts of criminal mischief.
