The Binghamton Rumble Ponies will team up with local businesses and hospitals to “Sock Out Cancer” during Tuesday’s game against the Richmond Flying Squirrels. For $17, fans can purchase a ticket to the game and receive a pair of “Sock Out Cancer” socks for their donation to the program. It was created to ease the financial burden on families dealing with cancer by assisting with ordinary living expenses like rent, mortgage, utilities, and groceries.
