Catholic Charities of Tompkins/Tioga will hold their third-annual “Festa Italiana” at the Elks Lodge in Owego on Wednesday featuring a homemade pasta dinner prepared by guest chef Don Castellucci. Doors will open at 5pm while the program starts at 5:30pm featuring “Stories of Hope” from staff members and individuals served by Catholic Charities programs.
