The Tioga Arts Council has a busy summer planned, including another edition of Concerts in the Park tonight. The Woodshed Prophets will play for free from 7-9pm. Concerts in the Park will continue every Wednesday through Aug. 2. Also this month, the Arts Council will host the 29th-annual En Plein Air at Draper Park on Sunday, July 16. Next month, the Tioga Arts Council will hold their annual Tioga Challenger Mini-golf fundraiser at Metro’s on Route 96.
