The man charge with opening fire inside Patrick’s Bar in Elmira last July has been found guilty. It took jurors less than an hour to come to that conclusion after a week over testimony. Five men were shot in the incident. All of them survived. Zecary Banks was found guilty on all eight counts, including attempted 2nd degree murder.
