A Vestal man has been sentenced to five years in prison for receiving and distributing child pornography.Nathan Boguhn, who had worked for a local Boy Scouts chapter, was sentenced Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Binghamton by Judge Thomas McAvoy. Boguhn will also have 10 years of post-release supervision. Boguhn was arrested in October after a search at his apartment in Vestal.
