Binghamton Mayor Rich David and New York State Senator Fred Akshar announced Friday that an additional $750,000 in infrastructure funds have been made available to the City of Binghamton. The funds will be used for additional residential street paving, water and sewer upgrades as well as curb and sidewalk improvements. Senator Akshar also said that there will be additional money coming to the County.
