The man who left his 3-year-old son at a crash scene, following a police chase, has been arrested. 25-year-old Shawn Palmer was allegedly driving with a suspended license according to Pennsylvania State Police. He led them on a chase until he crashed his car with his 3 year-old son on board. When the vehicle wrecked, he fled from police on foot, leaving his son behind.
