The New York State Police, Broome County Sheriff’s Office, and the United States Postal Service are investigating two arson incidents in Endicott. One occurred to a personal mailbox on W. Wendell St. and another occurred to a mail collection box at the corner of June Street. and North Duane Street. Both arsons were caused by an unknown firework or gun powder device.
