The Bon-Ton department store officially opened in its new spot at the Arnot Mall. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held yesterday with Bon-Ton officials and Chemung County Executive, Tom Santulli. The store has taken over the much larger space, once the home of Macy’s. The first 500 people through the door on Wednesday received a free gift.
