Senator Fred Akshar announced a $1.8 million project Monday to update and repave roads in Kirkwood. Akshar said the town will update 16 to 20 miles of road with cold mix pavement and an additional 24 miles of road with standard pavement. Akshar said the Town secured $400,000 to ease the burden on local tax payers.
