The woman, struck and killed by a train in Endicott on Friday, has been identified as 30-year-old Kostadina Donnelly. Donnelly was hit by the train on Nanticoke Boulevard, while walking across the tracks. Authorities say the investigation has uncovered no indication that the incident was a suicide.
