Three separate search warrants were served in Waverly Wednesday.
The warrants were issued by the Tioga County Court as part of Operation Hailstorm. 3 ½ pounds of crystal meth, 2 ounces of cocaine, approximately $50,000, digital scales, packaging materials, metal knuckles, a metal knuckle knife and 2002 Dodge Dakota pickup. Additionally, members of the State Police, Tioga County Sheriff’s Office and Waverly PD located an inactive methamphetamine lab on Providence Street.
32-year-old Robert Patton, of Waverly, is charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was arraigned in Waverly Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail without bail.
The Tioga County DA assisted with the investigation.
In all, the operation seized $120,000 worth of meth.
And in Broome County, Operation Hailstorm made nine arrests at multiple locations in the Southern Tier. The arrests followed a coordinated investigation into an Arizona to Binghamton meth operation. 42-year-old Charles Green Jr. of Binghamton and 35-year-old Rachel Millard of Endicott were charged in Federal Court on Conspiracy to Possess and Distribute Methamphetamine as well as Money Laundering.

27-year-old Amanda Kamp, of Binghamton
39-year-old Akuan Johnson, of Binghamton
39-year-old Vincent Harrell Jr., of Endicott
46 year-old Kenneth Wilson, of Binghamton
37-year-old Misti Evans, of Endicott
41-year-old Jolene Barrett-Stoeckel, of Johnson City
And 41-year-old George Clarke, of Endicott
All were arraigned in Federal Court in Binghamton and remanded to the Broome County Jail. 42-year-old Alonso Harris, of Youngstown, Arizona was arrested by the DEA in Arizona. He was arraigned in Federal Court in Arizona and remanded to jail.
