A Binghamton man was sentenced Monday to three to nine years in prison for vehicular manslaughter in the death of motorcyclist William Nash. 38-year-old Shaun Pauling-Payne turned in front of Nash in June 2016 on Susquehanna Street. Pauling-Payne had a blood alcohol content of .22 when tested after the accident. He entered a guilty plea in July.
