The Johnson City Police have arrested 36-year-old David White on felony possession of a weapon following a domestic dispute. White is alleged to have threatened to kill his girlfriend with the knife. White had left the home before police arrived, but he was located nearby. White was arraigned in Johnson City Village Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
