Tioga State Bank, along with Moreton Cleaners, is once again collecting gently used coats. Even a slight drop in body temperature can result in a lower heart rate, loss of coordination and confusion. Adults lose the ability to work effectively, and children find it difficult to learn. For most, a warm coat is all that’s needed. If you have a coat to donate, please drop them off at a Tioga State Bank branch by November 17th.
