A parolee from Endicott was sentenced yesterday in Broome County Court. 35-year-old Jahi Fatiu was sentenced to four years in prison with an additional two years of parole. Fatiu was stopped on Route 17 in February; police found over 1200 envelopes of heroin. Fatiu had been charged with three felony charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and other misdemeanor counts.
