A 22-year-old Endicott man has been arrested by the Johnson City Police on felony Robbery charges. Early Wednesday morning, the man is accused of forcibly stealing a sweatshirt from a woman while she was wearing it. The man then left with the sweatshirt, but was located shortly thereafter in a Walmart parking lot. According to the police report, the suspect went to the woman’s residence with a friend and was not known to the woman. The suspect told the woman he wanted her sweatshirt; when she refused to give it to him, he forcibly pulled it off. The suspect was arraigned and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
