A third person has been arrested in Endicott for robberies that occurred on September 14th. 49-year-old Jocelyn Thornton of Endicott was arrested Wednesday on felony charges of Hindering Prosecution and misdemeanor Possession of Stolen Property. Thornton is alleged to have assisted 21-year-old Ali Chandler in an undisclosed manner between the date of the robbery and his arrest on November 17th. 26-year-old Ramel Noel was also arrested in the robbery of a victim in a South Page Street parking lot and then, later that night, the robbery of a cab driver.
