Yesterday, Johnson City Police arrested a Level 2 Registered Sex Offender on rape charges. 30-year-old Islam Greene is alleged to have had relations with a 13-year-old girl. Greene was arraigned in Town of Union Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail pending further action in Broome County Court.
