An investigation into the sale of crack cocaine has resulted in one arrest. 29-year-old William Albritton, of Elmira, has been charged with three counts of felony Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance. The arrest was the result of a joint effort between the Elmira Police Department and the New York State Police.
