Three suspects arrested during September’s ‘Operation Hailstorm’ have entered guilty pleas. 46-year-old Kenneth Wilson, 39-year-old Akuan Johnson and 35-year-old Jerome Bell, pled guilty to federal Conspiracy charges. Johnson also pled guilty to Money Laundering charges. Operation Hailstorm resulted in eleven arrests in September. The plot involved crystal meth shipments from a conspirator in Arizona to the New York based suspects. The US Mail was used for most of the shipments. Sentencing is expected in April in Syracuse.
